Kodeval es un proyecto independiente de desarrollo y tecnología web, operado por una persona física con domicilio en la República Argentina. Kodeval no constituye una persona jurídica registrada ni una sociedad comercial de ningún tipo. Todos los servicios, productos y plataformas que operan bajo la marca Kodeval son de titularidad exclusiva de su operador individual.
El acceso, navegación, registro o uso de cualquier producto o servicio de Kodeval implica la aceptación plena, sin reservas y sin excepciones, de los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno de los términos aquí descritos, debés abstenerte de utilizar los servicios de Kodeval de forma inmediata.
Estos términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre el usuario y Kodeval respecto al uso de los servicios, y reemplazan cualquier acuerdo, representación o comunicación anterior, ya sea oral o escrita, sobre el mismo objeto.
Los presentes términos son aplicables a todos los productos, servicios, plataformas, herramientas y contenidos de Kodeval, accesibles desde los dominios y subdominios oficiales de Kodeval. Cada producto puede estar sujeto a condiciones específicas adicionales. En caso de conflicto entre condiciones específicas de un producto y estos términos generales, prevalecerán las condiciones específicas en lo que respecta a ese producto.
Para utilizar cualquier producto o servicio de Kodeval es requisito indispensable tener al menos 13 años de edad. Al registrarte o hacer uso de los servicios, declarás bajo tu propia responsabilidad que cumplís con este requisito. Si tenés entre 13 y 18 años, necesitás el consentimiento expreso de un padre, madre o tutor legal. Kodeval no será responsable por el incumplimiento de este requisito cuando sea el propio usuario quien haya proporcionado información falsa sobre su edad.
Estos términos están redactados en español. Pueden existir versiones traducidas a otros idiomas a modo de referencia, pero en caso de discrepancia o conflicto de interpretación entre versiones, la versión en español es la única que tiene validez jurídica.
Los presentes términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Para cualquier controversia derivada de la interpretación, cumplimiento o incumplimiento de estos términos, las partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponder.
Para acceder a las funciones personalizadas de los productos de Kodeval es necesario crear una cuenta a través de Kodeval Connections. Podés registrarte con email y contraseña, o mediante proveedores de autenticación externos como Google, GitHub o Discord vía OAuth 2.0. Al elegir un proveedor externo, aceptás también los términos de servicio de dicho proveedor. Kodeval no se responsabiliza por cambios en las políticas de estos terceros.
El usuario se compromete a proporcionar información veraz, completa y actualizada al momento del registro y durante toda la vigencia de su cuenta. La provisión de información falsa o engañosa puede derivar en la suspensión o eliminación inmediata de la cuenta, sin perjuicio de las acciones legales que pudieran corresponder.
Una cuenta de Kodeval Connections otorga acceso a todos los productos de Kodeval que requieran autenticación. Al crear una cuenta, el usuario acepta los términos correspondientes a todos los productos a los que tenga o pueda tener acceso, incluyendo los que se incorporen en el futuro.
El usuario es el único responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso. Toda actividad realizada desde una cuenta se presumirá realizada por su titular. En caso de acceso no autorizado, el usuario debe notificarlo a Kodeval de forma inmediata. Kodeval no será responsable por pérdidas derivadas del uso no autorizado de una cuenta cuando el usuario no haya comunicado oportunamente la situación.
Las cuentas de Kodeval son estrictamente personales e intransferibles. Queda prohibida la cesión, venta, préstamo o cualquier otra forma de transferencia de acceso a la cuenta a terceros, ya sea de forma gratuita o a cambio de una contraprestación.
Kodeval se reserva el derecho de suspender temporalmente o eliminar de forma permanente cualquier cuenta que incumpla los presentes términos, sin previo aviso y sin obligación de reembolsar suscripciones activas. Las causales incluyen, sin ser taxativas: uso fraudulento, publicación de contenido ilegal, suplantación de identidad, actividades que comprometan la seguridad de la plataforma, o cualquier conducta perjudicial para los servicios o para otros usuarios. El usuario cuya cuenta haya sido eliminada no podrá registrarse nuevamente sin autorización expresa de Kodeval.
El usuario se compromete a utilizar los servicios de Kodeval de manera lícita, ética y conforme a los presentes términos. El usuario es el único responsable por las consecuencias del uso que haga de los servicios, incluyendo las consecuencias legales derivadas de sus propias acciones.
Sin carácter taxativo, queda expresamente prohibido:
Si el usuario descubre una vulnerabilidad de seguridad en cualquier producto de Kodeval, se le solicita que la reporte de forma responsable a través de los canales oficiales, absteniéndose de explotarla o divulgarla públicamente antes de que Kodeval haya tenido la oportunidad de evaluarla y corregirla.
El contenido que el usuario crea y publica en cualquier plataforma de Kodeval sigue siendo su propiedad intelectual. Al publicarlo, el usuario otorga a Kodeval una licencia no exclusiva, gratuita, sublicenciable y mundial para mostrar, distribuir, almacenar y adaptar dicho contenido exclusivamente en el contexto de la prestación del servicio. Esta licencia caduca si el usuario elimina el contenido, salvo que haya sido incorporado a copias de seguridad o registros que no puedan modificarse retroactivamente.
Al publicar contenido en los servicios de Kodeval, el usuario declara y garantiza que: (a) es el autor original o cuenta con todos los derechos necesarios para publicarlo; (b) el contenido no infringe derechos de propiedad intelectual o personales de terceros; (c) el contenido no es falso, engañoso ni difamatorio; y (d) su publicación no viola ninguna ley o regulación aplicable.
En todos los productos de Kodeval queda estrictamente prohibido publicar contenido que:
Kodeval se reserva el derecho de revisar, editar o eliminar cualquier contenido que viole estos términos, sin previo aviso. Esta facultad no implica obligación de revisar todo el contenido publicado, ni hace a Kodeval responsable del contenido que no haya sido detectado o retirado.
Algunos productos o funcionalidades de Kodeval están disponibles únicamente bajo modalidad de suscripción paga. Los precios, planes y condiciones de cada servicio pago se informan en la página correspondiente al momento de la contratación. Los precios se expresan en dólares estadounidenses (USD) para el mercado internacional, y pueden expresarse en pesos argentinos (ARS) para el mercado local.
Los pagos internacionales se procesan a través de Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Los pagos en el mercado argentino se procesan a través de Mercado Pago (MercadoLibre S.R.L.). Kodeval no almacena, procesa ni tiene acceso a los datos de tarjetas de crédito ni a ninguna otra información financiera sensible del usuario.
Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente al finalizar cada período. El usuario puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde su panel de cuenta. La cancelación tiene efecto al término del período en curso — no se generan reembolsos por el tiempo restante. Es responsabilidad del usuario mantener un medio de pago válido con fondos suficientes.
Los pagos realizados a Kodeval no son reembolsables con carácter general. Excepcionalmente, podrá solicitarse un reembolso en los siguientes casos: (a) error técnico demostrable imputable a Kodeval que haya impedido el acceso al servicio durante un período significativo; o (b) cargo duplicado o incorrecto por error del sistema. Las solicitudes deben presentarse dentro de los 7 días corridos desde la fecha del cobro. Kodeval evaluará cada solicitud a su exclusiva discreción.
Kodeval puede modificar los precios de sus planes con un aviso mínimo de 30 días calendario. Los usuarios con suscripción activa conservarán su precio hasta la siguiente renovación. Si el usuario no acepta el nuevo precio, podrá cancelar antes de la fecha de renovación sin penalización.
Todos los elementos que componen los servicios de Kodeval — incluyendo código fuente (en la medida en que no sea de código abierto), diseño visual, identidad de marca, logotipos, textos, ilustraciones, arquitectura de la plataforma y sistemas de autenticación — son propiedad intelectual exclusiva de Kodeval o se utilizan bajo licencias válidas. Ninguna disposición de estos términos otorga al usuario derechos de propiedad sobre estos elementos.
Kodeval otorga al usuario una licencia personal, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para acceder y utilizar los servicios conforme a estos términos. Esta licencia no incluye el derecho a sublicenciar los servicios, crear obras derivadas (salvo lo expresamente permitido por cada producto), redistribuirlos comercialmente sin autorización, ni extraer sistemáticamente contenido de las plataformas de Kodeval.
El nombre "Kodeval", sus logotipos y las denominaciones de sus productos son marcas de titularidad de Kodeval. Queda prohibido su uso sin autorización expresa y por escrito de Kodeval, salvo en los casos expresamente permitidos por la legislación aplicable.
El tratamiento de los datos personales del usuario se rige por la Política de Privacidad de Kodeval, disponible en /kodeval/privacidad.html, que forma parte integrante de los presentes términos. Al aceptar estos términos, el usuario también declara haber leído y aceptado la Política de Privacidad vigente.
Kodeval no recopila de forma intencional datos personales de personas menores de 13 años. Si Kodeval tomara conocimiento de que ha recopilado datos de un menor de esa edad sin consentimiento parental verificable, eliminará dicha información de sus sistemas en el menor tiempo posible.
Los servicios de Kodeval se proveen en su estado actual ("as is") y según su disponibilidad en cada momento, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Kodeval no garantiza que los servicios sean ininterrumpidos, libres de errores, o que cumplan con requisitos específicos del usuario.
En la máxima medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, Kodeval no será responsable por ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que pudiera sufrir el usuario como resultado del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de los servicios. Esto incluye, sin carácter taxativo: pérdida o corrupción de datos, pérdida de ingresos, pérdida de oportunidades comerciales, daño a la reputación, o costos de adquisición de servicios sustitutos.
Kodeval no garantiza la disponibilidad continua de sus servicios. Pueden producirse interrupciones por mantenimiento, actualizaciones, incidentes de seguridad o causas de fuerza mayor. En particular, Kodeval no asume responsabilidad por fallas en servicios de terceros sobre los cuales no tiene control directo, incluyendo Cloudflare Pages, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Mercado Pago u otros proveedores de infraestructura.
Los servicios de Kodeval pueden contener enlaces o referencias a sitios web o servicios de terceros. Kodeval no controla ni asume responsabilidad alguna por el contenido, las políticas de privacidad ni las prácticas de dichos terceros. El acceso a sitios de terceros es bajo exclusiva responsabilidad del usuario.
Kodeval se reserva el derecho de modificar, actualizar o reemplazar los presentes términos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor desde el momento de su publicación en esta página, con la fecha de última modificación actualizada en el encabezado del documento.
Para modificaciones que afecten de manera significativa los derechos de usuarios con suscripciones activas, se enviará una notificación por email a la dirección registrada con al menos 15 días calendario de antelación.
El uso continuado de cualquier servicio de Kodeval con posterioridad a la publicación de cambios implica la aceptación tácita e incondicional de los nuevos términos. Si el usuario no está de acuerdo con los nuevos términos, deberá cesar el uso de los servicios y solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta antes de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de los cambios.
Para cualquier consulta, reclamo, reporte de abuso, solicitud de eliminación de contenido o cualquier otro asunto relacionado con los presentes términos, el usuario puede contactar a Kodeval a través de los canales oficiales disponibles en el sitio web. Kodeval se compromete a intentar responder todas las consultas dentro de los 5 días hábiles desde su recepción.
Las solicitudes formales de naturaleza legal, incluyendo órdenes judiciales, requerimientos de organismos gubernamentales o notificaciones de infracción de derechos de propiedad intelectual, deben dirigirse por escrito a los canales designados por Kodeval. Kodeval cooperará con las autoridades competentes conforme a la legislación argentina vigente.

Kodeval is an independent web development and technology project operated by an individual based in Argentina. Kodeval does not constitute a registered legal entity or commercial company of any kind. All services, products and platforms operating under the Kodeval brand are the exclusive property of its individual operator.
Accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any Kodeval product or service implies full, unreserved and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms described herein, you must immediately refrain from using Kodeval's services.
These terms constitute the complete agreement between the user and Kodeval regarding the use of the services, and supersede any prior agreement, representation or communication, whether oral or written, on the same subject matter.
These terms apply to all Kodeval products, services, platforms, tools and content accessible from Kodeval's official domains and subdomains. Each product may be subject to additional specific conditions. In the event of conflict between product-specific conditions and these general terms, the specific conditions shall prevail with respect to that product.
To use any Kodeval product or service, you must be at least 13 years old. By registering or using the services, you declare under your own responsibility that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you need the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. Kodeval shall not be liable for non-compliance with this requirement when the user has provided false information about their age.
These terms are written in Spanish. Translated versions may exist for reference purposes, but in the event of discrepancy or interpretive conflict between versions, the Spanish version is the only one with legal validity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any controversy arising from the interpretation, performance or breach of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
To access personalized features of Kodeval products, you must create an account through Kodeval Connections. Registration can be done with your own email and password, or through external authentication providers such as Google, GitHub or Discord via OAuth 2.0. By choosing an external provider, you also accept that provider's terms of service. Kodeval is not responsible for changes in the policies of these third-party services.
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and throughout the life of their account. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account, without prejudice to any legal actions that may arise.
A Kodeval Connections account grants access to all Kodeval products that require authentication. By creating an account, the user accepts the terms corresponding to all products they have or may have access to, including those incorporated in the future.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. All activity carried out from an account will be presumed to have been performed by its holder. In the event of unauthorized access, the user must notify Kodeval immediately. Kodeval will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account when the user has not timely communicated the situation.
Kodeval accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. The assignment, sale, loan or any other form of transfer of account access to third parties is prohibited, whether free of charge or for consideration.
Kodeval reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to refund active subscriptions. Grounds include, without limitation: fraudulent use, publication of illegal content, identity impersonation, activities that compromise the security of the platform, or any conduct harmful to the services or other users. A user whose account has been deleted may not re-register without Kodeval's express authorization.
The user agrees to use Kodeval's services in a lawful, ethical manner and in accordance with these terms. The user is solely responsible for the consequences of their use of the services, including the legal consequences arising from their own actions.
Without being exhaustive, the following are expressly prohibited:
If the user discovers a security vulnerability in any Kodeval product, they are requested to report it responsibly through official channels, refraining from exploiting or publicly disclosing it before Kodeval has had the opportunity to evaluate and correct the problem.
Content that users create and publish on any Kodeval platform remains their intellectual property. By publishing it, the user grants Kodeval a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and worldwide license to display, distribute, store and adapt such content exclusively in the context of providing the service. This license expires if the user deletes the content, unless it has been incorporated into backups or logs that cannot be retroactively modified.
By publishing content on Kodeval's services, the user declares and warrants that: (a) they are the original author or have all the rights necessary to publish it; (b) the content does not infringe intellectual property or personal rights of third parties; (c) the content is not false, misleading or defamatory; and (d) publishing it does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
On all Kodeval products, it is strictly prohibited to publish content that:
Kodeval reserves the right to review, edit or remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice. This authority does not imply any obligation to review all published content, nor does it make Kodeval responsible for content that has not been detected or removed.
Some Kodeval products or features are available only under a paid subscription model. Prices, plans and conditions are disclosed on the corresponding page at the time of contracting. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) for the international market, and may be expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) for the local market.
International payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Payments in the Argentine market are processed through Mercado Pago (MercadoLibre S.R.L.). Kodeval does not store, process or have access to credit card or any other sensitive financial information of the user.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. The user may cancel at any time from their account panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are generated for the remaining time. It is the user's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method with sufficient funds.
Payments made to Kodeval are generally non-refundable. Exceptionally, a refund may be requested in the following cases: (a) a demonstrable technical error solely attributable to Kodeval that prevented access to the service during a significant period; or (b) a duplicate or incorrect charge due to a system error. Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge date. Kodeval will evaluate each request at its sole discretion.
Kodeval may modify its plan prices with a minimum notice of 30 calendar days. Users with an active subscription will retain their current price until the next renewal. If the user does not accept the new price, they may cancel before the renewal date without penalty.
All elements comprising Kodeval's services — including source code (to the extent it is not open source), visual design, brand identity, logos, texts, illustrations, platform architecture and authentication systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of Kodeval or are used under valid licenses. No provision of these terms grants the user any ownership rights over these elements.
Kodeval grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the services in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense the services, create derivative works (except as expressly permitted by each product), commercially redistribute them without authorization, or systematically extract content from Kodeval's platforms.
The name "Kodeval", its logos and the names of its products are trademarks owned by Kodeval. Their use without express written authorization from Kodeval is prohibited, except in cases expressly permitted by applicable law.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by Kodeval's Privacy Policy, available at /kodeval/privacidad.html, which forms an integral part of these terms. By accepting these terms, the user also declares to have read and accepted the current Privacy Policy.
Kodeval does not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under 13 years of age. If Kodeval becomes aware that it has collected data from a child under that age without verifiable parental consent, it will delete such information from its systems as soon as possible.
Kodeval's services are provided in their current state ("as is") and according to their availability at each moment, without warranties of any kind. Kodeval does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet each user's specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kodeval will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that the user may suffer as a result of using or being unable to use the services. This includes, without limitation: loss or corruption of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, reputational damage, or costs of acquiring substitute services.
Kodeval does not guarantee the continuous availability of its services. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security incidents or force majeure events. In particular, Kodeval assumes no liability for failures in third-party services over which it has no direct control, including Cloudflare Pages, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Mercado Pago or other infrastructure providers.
Kodeval's services may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. Kodeval does not control or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of such third parties. Access to third-party sites is at the user's sole risk.
Kodeval reserves the right to modify, update or replace these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from the moment they are published on this page, with the last modification date updated in the document header.
For modifications that significantly affect the rights of users with active subscriptions, an email notification will be sent to the registered address at least 15 calendar days before the effective date of such changes.
Continued use of any Kodeval service after the publication of changes implies tacit and unconditional acceptance of the new terms. If the user disagrees with the new terms, they must cease using the services and request the deletion of their account before the effective date of the changes.
For any inquiry, claim, abuse report, content removal request or any other matter related to these terms, the user may contact Kodeval through the official channels available on the website. Kodeval commits to attempting to respond to all inquiries within 5 business days of receipt.
Formal legal requests, including court orders, government agency requirements or intellectual property infringement notices, must be submitted in writing to the channels designated by Kodeval. Kodeval will cooperate with competent authorities under the terms established by applicable Argentine law.

Alle Dienste, Produkte und Plattformen unter der Marke Kodeval sind ausschließliches Eigentum ihres individuellen Betreibers.
Der Zugriff auf, die Registrierung für oder die Nutzung eines Produkts oder Dienstes von Kodeval impliziert die vollständige, vorbehaltlose Annahme dieser Nutzungsbedingungen. Wenn Sie mit einem der hier beschriebenen Bedingungen nicht einverstanden sind, müssen Sie die Nutzung der Kodeval-Dienste sofort einstellen.
Diese Bedingungen stellen die vollständige Vereinbarung zwischen dem Nutzer und Kodeval dar und ersetzen alle früheren Vereinbarungen oder Mitteilungen zum gleichen Gegenstand.

Für jedes Produkt können zusätzliche spezifische Bedingungen gelten. Im Konfliktfall zwischen produktspezifischen Bedingungen und diesen allgemeinen Bedingungen haben die spezifischen Bedingungen Vorrang.
Um Kodeval-Produkte oder -Dienste nutzen zu können, müssen Sie mindestens 13 Jahre alt sein. Mit der Registrierung erklären Sie, diese Anforderung zu erfüllen. Wenn Sie zwischen 13 und 18 Jahre alt sind, benötigen Sie die ausdrückliche Zustimmung eines Elternteils oder gesetzlichen Vormunds. Kodeval haftet nicht für die Nichteinhaltung dieser Anforderung bei falschen Altersangaben des Nutzers.
Diese Bedingungen sind auf Spanisch verfasst. In anderen Sprachen können Übersetzungen als Referenz existieren, aber im Falle von Auslegungskonflikten ist die spanische Version die einzige rechtsverbindliche.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Argentinischen Republik. Für alle Streitigkeiten unterwerfen sich die Parteien der Zuständigkeit der ordentlichen Gerichte der Autonomen Stadt Buenos Aires, unter ausdrücklichem Verzicht auf jeden anderen Gerichtsstand.
Um auf die personalisierten Funktionen der Kodeval-Produkte zugreifen zu können, müssen Sie ein Konto über Kodeval Connections erstellen. Die Registrierung kann mit E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort oder über externe Anbieter wie Google, GitHub oder Discord via OAuth 2.0 erfolgen. Bei der Wahl eines externen Anbieters akzeptieren Sie auch dessen Nutzungsbedingungen. Kodeval ist nicht verantwortlich für Änderungen in den Richtlinien dieser Drittanbieter.
Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, wahrheitsgemäße, vollständige und aktuelle Informationen anzugeben. Die Angabe falscher oder irreführender Informationen kann zur sofortigen Sperrung oder Löschung des Kontos führen, unbeschadet etwaiger Rechtsschritte.
Ein Kodeval Connections-Konto gewährt Zugang zu allen Kodeval-Produkten, die eine Authentifizierung erfordern. Durch die Kontoerstellung akzeptiert der Nutzer die Bedingungen aller Produkte, auf die er Zugang hat oder haben könnte, einschließlich zukünftiger Produkte.
Der Nutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die Geheimhaltung seiner Zugangsdaten. Alle von einem Konto aus durchgeführten Aktivitäten gelten als vom Kontoinhaber durchgeführt. Bei unbefugtem Zugriff muss der Nutzer Kodeval unverzüglich benachrichtigen. Kodeval haftet nicht für Verluste aus unbefugter Kontonutzung, wenn der Nutzer die Situation nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet hat.
Kodeval-Konten sind streng persönlich und nicht übertragbar. Die Abtretung, der Verkauf oder jede andere Form der Übertragung des Kontozugangs an Dritte ist untersagt, ob kostenlos oder gegen Entgelt.
Kodeval behält sich das Recht vor, jedes Konto, das gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt, vorübergehend zu sperren oder dauerhaft zu löschen, ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung und ohne Verpflichtung zur Rückerstattung aktiver Abonnements. Gründe umfassen unter anderem: betrügerische Nutzung, Veröffentlichung illegaler Inhalte, Identitätsbetrug oder Aktivitäten, die die Sicherheit der Plattform gefährden.
Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, die Dienste von Kodeval auf gesetzmäßige und ethische Weise gemäß diesen Bedingungen zu nutzen. Der Nutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die Folgen seiner Nutzung der Dienste, einschließlich rechtlicher Konsequenzen.
Ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit sind folgende Aktivitäten ausdrücklich verboten:
Wenn der Nutzer eine Sicherheitslücke in einem Kodeval-Produkt entdeckt, wird er gebeten, diese verantwortungsvoll über die offiziellen Kanäle zu melden und darauf zu verzichten, sie auszunutzen oder öffentlich bekannt zu machen, bevor Kodeval die Möglichkeit hatte, sie zu beheben.
Inhalte, die Nutzer auf einer Kodeval-Plattform erstellen und veröffentlichen, bleiben ihr geistiges Eigentum. Durch die Veröffentlichung gewährt der Nutzer Kodeval eine nicht ausschließliche, kostenlose, unterlizenzierbare und weltweite Lizenz zur Anzeige, Verbreitung, Speicherung und Anpassung der Inhalte ausschließlich im Rahmen der Dienstleistungserbringung. Diese Lizenz erlischt, wenn der Nutzer den Inhalt löscht.
Durch die Veröffentlichung von Inhalten erklärt und garantiert der Nutzer, dass: (a) er der ursprüngliche Autor ist oder alle erforderlichen Rechte besitzt; (b) der Inhalt keine Rechte Dritter verletzt; (c) der Inhalt nicht falsch, irreführend oder verleumderisch ist; und (d) die Veröffentlichung keine geltenden Gesetze verletzt.
Auf allen Kodeval-Produkten ist es strengstens verboten, Inhalte zu veröffentlichen, die:
Kodeval behält sich das Recht vor, Inhalte, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu überprüfen, zu bearbeiten oder zu entfernen. Diese Befugnis impliziert keine Verpflichtung, alle veröffentlichten Inhalte zu überprüfen.
Einige Kodeval-Produkte oder -Funktionen sind nur im Rahmen eines kostenpflichtigen Abonnements verfügbar. Preise, Pläne und Bedingungen werden auf der entsprechenden Seite zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses mitgeteilt. Preise werden in US-Dollar (USD) für den internationalen Markt und können in argentinischen Pesos (ARS) für den lokalen Markt ausgedrückt werden.
Internationale Zahlungen werden über Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) abgewickelt. Zahlungen im argentinischen Markt werden über Mercado Pago (MercadoLibre S.R.L.) abgewickelt. Kodeval speichert, verarbeitet oder hat keinen Zugang zu Kreditkartendaten oder anderen sensiblen Finanzinformationen des Nutzers.
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch am Ende jedes Zeitraums. Der Nutzer kann jederzeit über sein Kontopanel kündigen. Die Kündigung wirkt zum Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums — es werden keine Erstattungen für die verbleibende Zeit generiert. Der Nutzer ist für die Aufrechterhaltung eines gültigen Zahlungsmittels verantwortlich.
Zahlungen an Kodeval sind grundsätzlich nicht erstattungsfähig. Ausnahmsweise kann eine Erstattung beantragt werden bei: (a) einem nachweisbaren technischen Fehler, der ausschließlich Kodeval zuzurechnen ist und den Zugang zum Dienst erheblich verhindert hat; oder (b) einer doppelten oder falschen Abbuchung aufgrund eines Systemfehlers. Anträge müssen innerhalb von 7 Kalendertagen ab dem Abrechnungsdatum gestellt werden.
Kodeval kann die Preise seiner Pläne mit einer Mindestankündigungsfrist von 30 Kalendertagen ändern. Nutzer mit einem aktiven Abonnement behalten ihren aktuellen Preis bis zur nächsten Verlängerung. Akzeptiert der Nutzer den neuen Preis nicht, kann er vor dem Verlängerungsdatum ohne Strafzahlung kündigen.
Alle Elemente der Kodeval-Dienste — einschließlich Quellcode (soweit nicht Open Source), visuelles Design, Markenidentität, Logos, Texte, Illustrationen, Plattformarchitektur und Authentifizierungssysteme — sind ausschließliches geistiges Eigentum von Kodeval oder werden unter gültigen Lizenzen verwendet. Keine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen gewährt dem Nutzer Eigentumsrechte an diesen Elementen.
Kodeval gewährt dem Nutzer eine persönliche, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz für den Zugriff auf und die Nutzung der Dienste gemäß diesen Bedingungen. Diese Lizenz umfasst nicht das Recht, die Dienste unterzulizenzieren, abgeleitete Werke zu erstellen (außer wie von jedem Produkt ausdrücklich erlaubt), sie kommerziell weiterzuverteilen oder systematisch Inhalte von den Kodeval-Plattformen zu extrahieren.
Der Name „Kodeval", seine Logos und die Bezeichnungen seiner Produkte sind Marken von Kodeval. Ihre Verwendung ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung von Kodeval ist verboten, außer in den gesetzlich ausdrücklich erlaubten Fällen.
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten der Nutzer richtet sich nach der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Kodeval, verfügbar unter /kodeval/privacidad.html, die Bestandteil dieser Bedingungen ist. Durch die Annahme dieser Bedingungen erklärt der Nutzer auch, die aktuelle Datenschutzrichtlinie gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben.
Kodeval erhebt nicht absichtlich personenbezogene Daten von Personen unter 13 Jahren. Wenn Kodeval feststellt, dass es Daten eines Kindes unter diesem Alter ohne nachweisbare elterliche Einwilligung erhoben hat, wird es diese Informationen so schnell wie möglich aus seinen Systemen löschen.
Die Kodeval-Dienste werden im aktuellen Zustand („as is") und entsprechend ihrer jeweiligen Verfügbarkeit ohne jegliche Garantien bereitgestellt. Kodeval garantiert nicht, dass die Dienste unterbrechungsfrei, fehlerfrei oder für die spezifischen Anforderungen des Nutzers geeignet sind.
Im größtmöglichen gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haftet Kodeval nicht für direkte, indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden, die dem Nutzer aus der Nutzung oder Nichtnutzbarkeit der Dienste entstehen. Dies umfasst unter anderem: Datenverlust oder -beschädigung, Umsatz- oder Gewinnverluste, Reputationsschäden oder Kosten für Ersatzdienste.
Kodeval garantiert keine kontinuierliche Verfügbarkeit seiner Dienste. Unterbrechungen können durch Wartung, Updates, Sicherheitsvorfälle oder höhere Gewalt auftreten. Kodeval übernimmt insbesondere keine Haftung für Ausfälle von Drittanbieterdiensten, einschließlich Cloudflare Pages, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Mercado Pago oder anderer Infrastrukturanbieter.
Die Kodeval-Dienste können Links oder Verweise auf Websites oder Dienste Dritter enthalten. Kodeval kontrolliert diese nicht und übernimmt keine Verantwortung für deren Inhalte oder Datenschutzpraktiken. Der Zugriff auf Drittanbieterseiten erfolgt auf alleinige Gefahr des Nutzers.
Kodeval behält sich das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern, zu aktualisieren oder zu ersetzen. Änderungen treten mit ihrer Veröffentlichung auf dieser Seite in Kraft, mit aktualisiertem Datum der letzten Änderung im Dokumentkopf.
Bei Änderungen, die die Rechte von Nutzern mit aktiven Abonnements erheblich beeinflussen, wird mindestens 15 Kalendertage vor Inkrafttreten eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung an die registrierte Adresse gesendet.
Die fortgesetzte Nutzung eines Kodeval-Dienstes nach Veröffentlichung von Änderungen impliziert die stillschweigende und bedingungslose Annahme der neuen Bedingungen. Ist der Nutzer mit den neuen Bedingungen nicht einverstanden, muss er die Nutzung einstellen und die Löschung seines Kontos beantragen.
Für Anfragen, Beschwerden, Missbrauchsmeldungen, Anfragen zur Inhaltslöschung oder sonstige Angelegenheiten zu diesen Bedingungen kann der Nutzer Kodeval über die offiziellen Kanäle auf der Website kontaktieren. Kodeval ist bestrebt, alle Anfragen innerhalb von 5 Werktagen zu beantworten.
Formelle rechtliche Anfragen, einschließlich Gerichtsbeschlüssen, behördlichen Anforderungen oder Mitteilungen über Verletzungen von Rechten des geistigen Eigentums, müssen schriftlich an die von Kodeval hierfür vorgesehenen Kanäle gerichtet werden. Kodeval wird mit den zuständigen Behörden im Rahmen des geltenden argentinischen Rechts zusammenarbeiten.

本規約はアルゼンチン共和国の法律に準拠します。本規約の解釈、履行または不履行から生じるいかなる紛争についても、当事者はブエノスアイレス自治市の通常裁判所の管轄に服し、他のいかなる管轄も明示的に放棄します。
Kodeval製品のパーソナライズされた機能にアクセスするには、KodevalのID統合システムであるKodeval Connectionsを通じてアカウントを作成する必要があります。登録は、メールアドレスとパスワードを使用するか、OAuth 2.0を介してGoogle、GitHub、またはDiscordなどの外部認証プロバイダーを通じて行うことができます。外部プロバイダーを選択した場合、そのプロバイダーの利用規約にも同意したことになります。Kodevalはこれらのサードパーティサービスのポリシー変更について責任を負いません。

ユーザーはアクセス認証情報の機密性を保持することについて単独で責任を負います。アカウントから行われたすべての活動は、アカウント保有者が行ったものとみなされます。不正アクセスが疑われる場合、ユーザーは直ちに公式チャンネルを通じてKodevalに通知しなければなりません。
Kodevalアカウントは厳密に個人的なものであり、譲渡することができません。無償か有償かを問わず、アカウントアクセスを第三者に譲渡、販売、貸与またはその他の形で移転することは禁止されています。
Kodevalは、本規約に違反するアカウントを、事前通知なしに、また有効なサブスクリプションの払い戻し義務なしに、一時停止または永続的に削除する権利を留保します。理由には、不正使用、違法コンテンツの公開、なりすまし、プラットフォームのセキュリティを危険にさらす活動が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

ユーザーがKodeval製品にセキュリティ脆弱性を発見した場合、Kodevalが評価・修正する機会を得る前にそれを悪用したり公開したりせず、公式チャンネルを通じて責任ある方法で報告するよう求められます。
ユーザーがKodevalプラットフォームで作成・公開するコンテンツは、引き続きユーザーの知的財産です。公開することにより、ユーザーはKodevalに対し、サービスの提供という文脈においてのみ、当該コンテンツを表示、配布、保存および改変するための非独占的、無償、サブライセンス可能かつ全世界的なライセンスを付与します。このライセンスは、ユーザーがコンテンツを削除した場合に失効します。
Kodevalのサービスにコンテンツを公開することにより、ユーザーは次のことを表明し保証します：(a) 元の著者であるか必要なすべての権利を有すること；(b) コンテンツが第三者の知的財産権または個人の権利を侵害しないこと；(c) コンテンツが虚偽、誤解を招くものまたは名誉棄損にあたらないこと；(d) 公開が適用される法律または規制に違反しないこと。
すべてのKodeval製品において、以下のコンテンツの公開は厳しく禁止されています：
Kodevalは、本規約に違反するコンテンツを、事前通知なしに審査、編集または削除する権利を留保します。この権限は、公開されたすべてのコンテンツを審査する義務を意味するものでも、検出または削除されなかったコンテンツについてKodevalに責任を帰属させるものでもありません。
一部のKodeval製品または機能は、有料サブスクリプションモデルの下でのみ利用可能です。各有料サービスの価格、プランおよび条件は、契約時に対応するページで開示されます。価格は国際市場向けに米ドル（USD）で、ローカル市場向けにアルゼンチンペソ（ARS）で表示される場合があります。
